In order to meet the objectives of this ACGC item students must:
Anticipate the process involved in producing a draft of one or more future projects (personal, career or community)
The Learning Strategy for this ACGC is ANTICIPATE. This means that the lesson must explicitly teach students how to anticipate the future.
This ACGC does not require students to complete the project that they anticipate. This content only requires student to create a draft of the project.
The role of the teacher in this project is critical if the student is to draft an authentic life project. Teachers should provide multiple examples of projects that students might carry out. Teachers need to get to know students well in order to help them think creatively about projects that might suit them.
