My Blueprint can be used as a tool to engage student thinking about Social Influences. The following instructions will help you guide your students.

Click School Account Log In button
Log in with SWLSB credentials
Click +Add Box
Select from the following options:
Add Box: to add something About Me, School, Goals
Add Journal: to add a written journal entry (you can add media to go with it after)
Add Media: to add a media artifact (photo/video/audio recording) (you can add written text after)
Brainstorm with students how friends and family influence them
Have students write a journal entry describing how friends and family can have influence on them, have them reflect on what are the positives and negatives of this influence
Have students reflect on how they may have influence on people in their lives (parents, friends, siblings, etc.)
Have each student select
people and media who influence them individually
Add an image of the people/media who influence them to their portfolio
Add Media > Add File
occasions in which the student has an influence on people and situations
Have students add a journal entry describing the occasion
Have students add Values Box to their portfolio and reflect why
Add reflection questions and more structure around influences
E.g.:
List 1 influence on your values
List 1 influence on your behaviour
List 1 influence on your attitude
Reflect on why these people/things have influenced their values, behaviour and attitude
