Have students create a family tree showing the occupations of the people in their families
Have students share a picture of their family occupation tree to their All About Me Portfolio

Have students create a list of interview questions that they can ask parents, friends, community members and family about their occupations
Have students record these questions as a journal entry in their Portfolio

Have students report, in their own words, what they discovered about occupations when they interviewed people in their community
